Location

As you leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and within a few minutes of the M42, rolling green pastures and lush hedgerows unfold down winding country lanes that lead to the beautiful rural parish of Harlaston, Nr Tamworth Staffordshire. (full directions given on booking)

In the heart of the Mease Valley in Staffordshire, within the river running through its centre, this idyllic spot has remained unspoilt by time. Yet this gem in the heart of the countryside is within a short drive of Tamworth, Lichfield and Burton-upon-Trent and only 25 miles from the centre of Birmingham and is one of the key commuter villages within the M42 corridor.

You can drive and park safely with the venues grounds or we can arrange to collect you from Tamworth or Lichfield train stations.

Venue

Our venue is based in the grounds of a Georgian Grade 2 listed building with 60 acres of private farmland and forestry, with wonderful public footpaths throughout the area to add to our itinerary.

On Saturday evening you will be invited into the house for ‘ a special treat’ by Elisabeth who is an advanced practitioner of both Herbal and Holistic treatments and a Fellow of the ICHT (International Council of Holistic Therapists) She performs a wide range of treatments for both remedy and relaxation; from Aromatherapy and Reflexology to Indian Head Massage and Ear candling…a treat not to be missed.

Kit List

Please see below a suggested kit list for your boot camp. This will vary depending on the unpredictable British weather so bring what you think is appropriate. During inclement weather there will be times when you get wet and muddy so please do not waste your money on expensive designer clothing.
